On taking risks

We should all be risk takers.

We should look at what we’re doing; we should appraise whether we’re doing what we should be doing.Into your own hands comes your own destiny.

Happiness resides between your two ears; it isn’t “out there.”  “They,” whoever the hell “they” are, don’t mean jack.

It’s about what you think about what you’re doing.  Are you making this world a better place, or are you just a big pain in the ass?

So we have to take risks.  We have to get out of our doldrums, our safe place—not just sit there like a bump on a log.  Get on the log and roll it down the hill—you might go into a stream and float into the ocean and go around the world!

Mr. Lamb, taking risks is great, but sometimes people, especiallypoliticians, take risks they shouldn't.  I am thinking of JohnEdwards, who just had the book come out about his very risky affair, which blew up in his face.  I was wondering what your thoughts areregarding John Edwards and other politicians who deceive their spousesand the public with these sex scandals.  Thanks.

Louise
